Several Bugs in b20 patch

There have been a number of bugs in the b20 patch that have been reported to me. The only serious bug seems to be one where combat ships are deleted when you use the unload troops button.

For now, as a work around, just make sure that only the transports are selected before you press "unload troops".

I will fix all of these bugs in the next patch release.
